First let me introduce myself . My name is Scott Crawford I was saved in 1970 at the age of 30 and have been preaching and witnessing in Americas towns and cities since that time. At this writing I am 71 in good health, full of the word of God and strong in faith. I am going forth as a laborer in the final hour of the day to help finish bringing in the harvest. I never cease to be amazed at how quickly men, women and children come to Jesus when He is properly and clearly represented and presented. What is PREACH ACROSS AMERICA ? Preach Across America in it’s simplest form is you and I reaching the people we come in contact with or know with the message of salvation. It is not an organization to join. It is an action to do. An idea to spread. THE PROBLEM America is currently turning away from God and Jesus to the erroneous politically correct concept that all so called gods are the same god. Therefore America in beginning to lose standing as a great nation. More importantly, many people are no longer believing that Jesus is the only way to Salvation , God and Heaven. The Bible tells us what will happen to a nation that becomes unfaithful in Ezekiel chapter 14 verses 12 thru 20. Four things will began to happen. 1. The economy will be destroyed. 2. The animals in the land will turn against the people. 3. Violence will fill the land. 4. A plague and sickness in the blood will go through the land. THE SOLUTION God’s plan for evangelism is for each one of us to do his or her part. Which if done well goes together with other pieces and parts. Which if done well goes together to accomplish the whole purpose of God. 1 Cor. 12:14 TO EVERY CHRISTIAN The revival needed in America can not be accomplished by crusades and church services alone. Jesus needs you and me. He has ordained that the Gospel be passed from person to person. We are not to bury our talent or hide our candle. The last revival that effected the whole nation was a generation (40 years) ago. It swept the nation because most Christians were telling others about Jesus. When we do this two things happen . One, the awareness of God and Jesus is raised nationwide and simultaneously people see the faith of many and began to question their own unbelief. Many people seek God, find Jesus and get saved. The Holy Spirit will convince individuals of sin, righteousness and judgment and confirm the Word with signs and wonders following. But we must first speak the Word for Him to confirm. We have this treasure in flawed earthen vessels so that the transforming power might be made known to be of God and not of us. In other words, when people see and hear His power working through us they see the unseen Jesus. This is the essence of how our faith helps to produce faith in others. But we must speak out. The silent witness of living a good life is no good if they don’t know who you are living it for and by whose power you are living it. (Scriptural basis references to be added to each paragraph .) TO SIMI RETIRED MINISTERS AND MISSIONARIES First, if no one else has remembered to thank you for answering the call and going to this nation and the four corners of the earth. We thank you now. You have inspires us. But now something more is needed. You who are already well trained are needed to go forth one more time. Not to the four corners of the earth but to your own communities and nation. Even reaching again those who have been reached before. Inspire us again. Because in many the seed was planted but it needed time to grow. You can only reap that which is ready. Today in any given place and in any given life, His Word through you will plant in some, water in some and bring to salvation some. Because God gives the increase. Each day has a harvest to reap.
